For our innovative and welcoming company, we are looking for someone interested in a hybrid role combining the responsibilities of a Finance Assistant and Office Manager (32 hours). Holoconnects is one of the global leaders in holographic solutions within Hospitality (digital host), Telehealth (remote doctor), Retail (unique promotional methods), Education (remote learning), Entertainment (live and pre-recorded performances), and Advertising.

Holoconnects was founded in 2020 and has experienced steady growth every year. In the coming years, we aim to expand even further. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for someone interested in a versatile role as Finance Assistant and Office Manager, available for 32 hours per week.

You will work from our office in Culemborg, conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the A2 and a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Financial Responsibilities

You will be responsible for entering, collecting, and verifying (financial) data in our systems. You ensure that the administration is well-organized and data is processed accurately. You will assist our financial director with preparing monthly reports, handling VAT returns, drafting annual accounts, and setting up a new project administration. Additionally, you will proactively contribute to improving our financial processes.

Operational Responsibilities

Beyond financial tasks, you will engage in hands-on activities such as booking accommodations for business trips and events, arranging lunches, or ordering promotional gifts. Organizing team outings will also be part of your duties.

What competencies are we looking for?

  • You are analytically strong.
  • You work meticulously and are not afraid to express your opinion (when asked or unsolicited).
  • Preferably, you have completed an administrative education and have several years of experience in a similar financial administrative role.
  • You are communicatively skilled, both verbally and in writing.
  • As we are an international organization, English proficiency at B2 level is a must.
  • Ambition to grow towards a managerial position in the long run.
