For our innovative and warm company, we are looking for a Finance Assistant (24 to 40 hours). Holoconnects is one of the global leaders in the field of holographic solutions within Hospitality (digital host), Telehealth (remote doctor), Retail (unique promotional methods), Education (remote teaching), Entertainment (live and pre-recorded performances), and Advertising.

Established in 2020, Holoconnects has experienced steady growth every year. For the coming years, we aim to grow even further. To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Finance Assistant for 24 to 40 hours per week.

You will be working at our office in Culemborg, which is conveniently located 5 minutes by car from the A2 and a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Your responsibilities will include entering, collecting, and verifying (financial) data in our systems. You will ensure that the administration is in order and that data is processed correctly. You will assist our financial director in preparing monthly reports, filing VAT returns, preparing financial statements, and setting up a new project administration. Additionally, you will proactively contribute to improving our financial processes.

As a rapidly growing company, your role will evolve with us. There are opportunities in this position for future growth into Head of Finance. Therefore, we are looking for someone with strength in establishing and optimizing processes and, eventually, leading colleagues. Demonstrable work experience in these matters is certainly a plus.

Furthermore, there is an opportunity to expand your skills by supporting areas such as project management (we have many projects). Some of our renowned partners/customers include Best Western, Odido (formerly T-Mobile), Unicef, BOSS, various educational institutions, Bitvavo, and many more.

What competencies are we looking for?

  • You are analytically strong.
  • You work meticulously and are not afraid to express your opinion (when asked or unsolicited).
  • Preferably, you have completed an administrative education and have several years of experience in a similar financial administrative role.
  • You are communicatively skilled, both verbally and in writing.
  • As we are an international organization, English proficiency at B2 level is a must.
  • Ambition to grow towards a managerial position in the long run.
